Standard vs. Widescreen

In the simplest terms, Standard Definition images have an aspect ratio of 4:3.

For example an 800x600 image is 800 pixels wide by 600 pixels high.  Divide both by 200 and there you have your 4:3.

Wide Screen images on the other hand have an aspect ratio of either 16:9 or 16:10.

Dual monitor configurations are not supported on this site yet, but are coming soon.  I recognize that these images are difficult to find on the web.
